Emotions without words...

Purple Rhapsody is a one-man project. Conceived in the summer of 2004 by composer and performer Terry Robinson the whole concept of Purple Rhapsody has been to evoke emotions through the use of music. Terry is a fan of many disparate genres of music, most of which use words to portray what the listener should be feeling. Purple Rhapsody tries to tug at your heart strings, pulse with your adrenalin, and relax with you - all through the use of real, humanly-performed music.

Although Terry uses much of the latest software to record his music his roots are based in classical piano playing and this shines through in many tracks. However, when he adds electric guitar, acoustic guitar, drums, and synthesisers to the mix the result has to be listened to for it to be fully appreciated. And this is where Terry excels - melody is everything.
