"This is a show of mostly original works, including roots of the old, old blues songs," Feeney said. Feeney described his genre as post-funk, avant-garde, essentially derived from a combination of pop and basically everything after punk. Feeney is happy to bring entertainment to a local venue that will allow the under-21 crowd to enjoy. "The music is danceable with many types of beats and a techno sound," he explained. "Tomilloso is the melodic one. I'm too artsy for my own good." Feeney grew up in Westminster and attended St. Bernard's High School in Fitchburg. Tomilloso came to Boston three years ago from Seattle. "I actually picked up the guitar much later, but I had an abiding interest all my life," said Feeney, who started playing as an adult. Feeney says he has a different take on music. He refers to himself as "art damaged," and points out that he has a "rotating cast of characters" when it comes to his guitars....
