Bio
Assasin began writing his poetry on paper long before he had notebooks, and sometimes he'd use napkins. He began to see poets perform their poetry in venues, and suddenly he was hooked on the performing arts aspect of the craft. Assasin is a seasoned veteran of spoken word, speaking with the comfort of a professor teaching his students how it's done. Earning a spot on the National Slam Team representing New Jersey in 2008 in Madison, Wisconsin, a published book entitled "Concrete Evidents" , a freshly released album entitled "Breaking Jack's Box" ,and a list of other accolades on top of being in high demand for paying poetry venues across the nation

Sharp vocab, mind blowing metaphors, and a pocket full of wit are the make up of the poet herald as The Dark Knight, but those who have had the misfortune of being in competition against him understand all too well why he is better known as Poetic Assasin. Assasin began writing his poetry on loose left paper long before he had notebooks and binders, and sometimes he'd use napkins or paper towels. At first his writings were just that, "his", but something happened while in college. He began to see poets perform their poetry in venues, and suddenly he was hooked on the performing arts aspect of the craft. Assasin is a seasoned veteran of spoken word, speaking with the comfort of a professor teaching his students how it's done. Able to personify any and everything, from a notebook screaming to be written in, to a chair crying out to not be sat on. His meticulous pen paints portraits so lucidly it's like reading poetry in high definition. He is not only a student of his craft, but a teacher as well. Taking many younger poets under his wing to help them discover their own voice, through spoken word, while at the same time raising the bar for other veteran poets meet. A master of many styles, Assasin is not one that can be placed in a box and labeled with a single tag of any sort.
