PNC came together like a magnetic force. Starting in the back room of Pluto’s mom house using one radio to record and another to play instrumentals. They started out freestyling then evolved into writing songs about things they experienced or seen. Later they moved to a little storage room in the back yard of his mom’s house; for better sound qualities and no disturbances. They began making sound effects using glass, fans, tin, and the game 007 for gun shot effects. Growing

Up in a struggle they were forced to improvise with what they had. Not long after, their music came to the liking of Pluto’s father, Percy (DON RECO) Johnson, who was in the US. Navy at the time. He brought better quality studio equipment to help the boys out when came home on leave. At this time they proclaimed themselves as the "Fatal Boys". They began recording

Every couple months when his father would return home from Naple, Italy on leave. Then the group encountered numerous amount tragedies within each household; where they were forced apart. Pluto’s family were starting back at ground zero moving back to the projects with intension to thrive upwards. At this point is where he met the artist/producer Cory Huey A.K.A C-Low ,originally from Detroit but moved to orange grove projects at 7yrs old. He and a host of other artist helped spark Pluto’s passion for rap back up. They began Recording from a computer with a mini microphone hooked to it. Then Pluto and Carlisle were reunited but now making music with other artist. Then Pluto’s family soon moved out of the projects to the west end of mobile. Again pulling him away from his passion; he soon reunited with c-low who was rapping with a group called TNT at the time. By this time Pluto was in the navy, stationed in Jacksonville, Fl, and was able to visit mobile every weekend. Then he was asked by c-low to come to the studio with TNT

To get on a track. Pluto ripped about 3songs freestyling about some of the things he had been through; one in particular was a whole song freestyled about his uncle Latrayl Parker. He was robbed and murdered in his own house. Then later found by Pluto’s other uncle Carlos Parker. That alone was one of the biggest tragedies in Pluto’s life but it motivated him to write more. Upon c-low leaving TNT, he began building his own studio in his room. Then became the group prime suspects evolving into OGM (orange grove mafia), now GHE go hard ent. In the mist of all that Pluto and Carlisle reunited again but Making hits with GHE artist. Now as a duo proclaiming themselves as PNC.
