    The Hive Pub UNHINGE is a celebration of music in tribute to the events of The Fringe Festival, which the pubs opening missed by a few weeks. Fully supported by The Fringe and the fantastic team there we have joined in!! Packed with incredible musicians from around the country still booking up to the last minute. Making this event as spontaneous as possible to ignite some fresh energies and further interest in this much needed venue in Bath. UNHINGE Pop Up Festi In a Pub. Press on the BLUE to get more info. Friday 6th June. 8pm Soul and Funk Review from the iconic Stardust DJS Nathan and Mickey plus surprise guests.., fresh from their return to the spotlight from the awesome Shindig Festival.. Saturday 7th June 8pm For the First time in Bath!!! By The Rivers Acoustic Reggae Set. Playing at every major festival and here!! Rising stars for sure. It was with a passion for the sound, culture and style of the music that they began to write songs with social comment, positive messages, as well as love songs and all things that affect the youth of today. NOT TO BE MISSED! Rio Santana / Pirate Joe There’s a storm a brewin’…. And navigating it haphazardly towards a rainbow on the crest of a honey whisky wave is Falmouth’s very own ‘Pirate Joe’. A one man band and a rarity in artistry these days, Joe is the epitome of a musical alchemist, connecting with his audience as a conductor would an orchestra, or a Captain and his loyal crew.…. Jimmy Moore Singer Songwriter in. a nutshell and aptly put: “Billy Brag meets up with Newton Faulkner and Frank Turner to play poker with Andy McKee. Strong chords, Guitar tapping, Instrumentals and relatable lyrics. Jimmy Moore Is rising from the South West to make a big dent in the system.” – Calnefest 2013 Sunday 8th June 8pm Port Erin & Plucky Purcell Pre Glasto Warm Up! Plucky Purcell love to get people moving it, doing it and having it like they've never had it before! Funktashtic bass and tight drums underpin a brit fuzz guitar with harmonica and welleresque vocals to get you Go Go dancing and shaking!They even give you a free stick on moustache if you impress them with your moves, whatever they may be! Port Erin 2014 has seen Port Erin sign to independent label Secret Chord Records their moorish style of music has been described as “a perfectly weighted three-piece dispensing precision rock full of space and dynamics with a pysch groove that’s undercut by sharp guitar and vocal lines that never settle for an obvious pattern” In other words they smash it and together with Plucky Purcell its set to be a warm up of distinction!! 8pm!!
