Bio: Strapping up in December of 2004, this four-piece pop/rock band, better known as “Pistoltown” has done nothing but try to forge ahead in today’s “clone” world of skinny jeans and bleached hair. “ Pistol Town Whips the Scene It's truly rare that a band captures my attention enough to make me drag out the old paper and pen to write a review, but after Saturday night's encounter with Pistol Town from Atlanta, I couldn't resist. They had the kind of raw energy you'd expect at a big name festival... They were a motley crew, obviously from different backgrounds and influences. Kilt-wearing lead singer, Ben Foust belted out song after song, featuring solid rock covers like Weezer, Sublime, and even George Micheals. Chester the bassist led in a great, though sadly abridged Clash cover, and sung backup along with lead guitar, Tommy “The Tongue” Stansbury. The drummer, Jo Drew, was fierce enough on the drums that a barricade was needed between him and the band. Check out their facebook at www.facebook.com/pistoltown2011. And you can pick up their new album Days Away on itunes, though believe me, this is a band you want to see live. ”

Q: how much do you guys charge if someone wants to book you somewhere ?

A: It depends on many things: where is it? Will it require us to use lodging? Does it require us to bring sound/lights? etc. Feel free to contact us directly at pistoltown@gmail.com Thank you, ~Ben~
