Award-winning ,Knysna, and South-African, Singer-Songwriter / Multi-Instramentalist... Pierre Opperman, grew up in a small town called Silverton, Pretoria,South Africa, and started playing drums at the age of 12yrs....advancing to acoustic guitar at the age of 15yrs.
Playing as a drummer for various bands as a teenager, he started performing at camp-fires,bars etc as a guitarist and vocalist...yet as destiny would have it,only realised his songwriting talent later in life.
