“The five-piece outfit, above, will make a long-awaited comeback on Saturday night to celebrate the launch of their debut album Transformative Energy. Bandmates John Mordecai, vocals and guitar, Eric Joyce, drums, John Newbury, bass, and Colin ‘Hambone’ Hamilton, guitar, will take to the stage at St John’s Episcopal Church hall in Union Street, Greenock, alongside new recruit, saxophonist and blues harp player Bill Hudson, Vocalist John Mordecai said: “It’s great to back for a hometown gig as we’ve been playing further afield recently and we’re really excited to let everyone hear our new sound and the latest songs we’ve written.” Support on the night comes from Worse Than Moe, who make their Inverclyde debut. Transformative Energy was released on Monday on all major download sites.
