Who am I?

I write books. I write music. I write stories.
I record songs. I books. I record stories.
I perform.

In 2007, I wrote a little book called Crescent and then I turned it into a podcast.  Crescent featured an all original soundtrack and was an exhausting experience in wedding my passion for writing and music.  2008 brought a short story collection--Notes from the Vault.

I've played music for what seems like my whole life--it's always been there in some way shape or form. The same could be said for writing and just my general love for words.  I've been fortunate enough to play my music with some extremely talented musicians.   My songs are personal and exploration of the human condition--both mine and what I perceive from those around me.  I have a deep-seeded disdain for writing bios...I wouldn't call it hate, but really, I feel there isn't much way to write about yourself and not feel pretentious.

I’ve shared the stage with the likes of Andy Zipf, 51Peg, Alfonzo Velez, Vicki Nova, the Pharmacy Prophets, exit Clov, Erik Bradford, Rotoscope, Lynda McLaughlin, Practically Einstein, Mitch Linker and Mandy Moore…er…rather, many more.

I will close with a picture of me and a cat.

Or possibly the devil.
