Phil Higgins, and acoustic act from Manchester, with a years worth of gigs under his belt he has already headlined two major unsinged festivals being Hide and Seek and Catch - In the city. 2007 saw Phil on the same bill as acts such as Twisted Wheel, The Reason and Mike Borgia. June 2008 holds the eargerly awaited release of his debut album "One Eye Closed" This acoustic act is not one to missed
