For Chill the Bankes Arms Beer Festival is the biggest gig of the year, and this is our fifth year of headlining the Saturday night. Also on the bill for Saturday are the amazing Pete Christie, whose use of an acoustic guitar and a looper totally blew me away last year, Steamer and Blind Lemon Gliders. There will be somewhere in the region of 1000-2000 people there so I'd suggest getting there early if you're coming.....the music kicks off at 1:30pm The Bankes Arms Beer Festival 2013 - in association with the Isle of Purbeck Brewery - has to be a definite date in every beer-lover's diary! Set in Studland overlooking the stunning Purbeck coast, the Festival is now in its 18th year and will have over 200 varieties of Real Ale and Cider. It is one of the best beer festivals in Dorset and the UK. Along with live music throughout the weekend, a glass of Pimms for those who are not quite so partial to beer, and plenty to eat, there’s literally something for everyone! Thursday August 8th to Sunday 11th: don't miss it!
