Penny Century was formed in Östersund, Sweden. The members met in their mid teens and decided to start a band that reflected their shared taste in music.
After a few years they were signed to Letterbox Records for their debut album "Between a Hundred Lies", released in Aug. -07. They went on tour in the UK and got a lot of attention for being a very good live act.
