My worst experience EVER has been being in a band of Tenerife called Point of Agony, which was my first one. Why? Six months enduring a tyrannical lead guitar boss who screamed to his singer and girlfriend before me while we were playing, just for not singing ok, and we even weren't playing live yet! And he still owes me about 200 euros that I gave to record a theme with them but they did it and the lyrics in English, which they speak very horribly. Wanted me to play with a pick, even when I was able to make it better with my fingers on the bass guitar. Also he spoiled a friendship with a girl who I knew long before him and respected, a girl who he only wanted to screw. I heard also that he dismissed another three members who were in the band after me, singers and drum players, surely they paid too their affairs without their names on the papers. Seriously, beware of the people who's outside there, don't permit to be abused by them.
