Haven;t written a damn thing in some time. Hard to find time to create anything lately, but really want to. I will have to slip in an impromptu experimental recording session soon.

Are you two good? How is the life of the Floridian? We are sick of Pennsylvania and are counting the days til the boy is born and we list the house for sale.

Washington will be so much better.

will talk at ya soon,
Kel

Not only a brother and even more than a true friend. This california transplant brought more to the sleepy town of bremerton than one could even begin to list. A town void of culture and art a scene non existent not only did he bring his talent he had the ability to teach it to others and motivate them in a positive way. He took knew what would work and what would not. He started bands he made shows happen others often stole the spotlight not even realizing that Kelly made it all happen or possible. It was so cool to watch as these people allowed their ego get bigger than their ability as an artist all the while Kelly would sit back in his knowing way and shake his head and smile. WIth out the arrival of this california kid to our small town music and art would have ended with high school band. Some went on to get their fame but most just vanished. His credits by any struggling musician or artist far exceed his easy going exterior. This artist has been played on the radio, he has made movies (which it was an honor to be able to provide music for the sound track) , he has written books and had them published, he has opened up for national acts and shared the stage with bands that went on to fame and fortune, always ahead of his time in the music that he listens to always into the next big scene while it is still underground. His band Empathy were pioneers in the rave culture bringing the underground warehouse parties out into the worldwide market. They were the crystal method of the time. Yet again the true artist is overlooked. Your time is now people get off your asses and start paying your respect. Some people think of art as their payday and some of us just do it for the nod and believe me if you spend anytime with Mr Kehoe you will notice the glances of true artists around the room weather your in a bar having a pint or at a club watching a band this man is indeed getting the nod. Peace my brother just wanted to give you a shout and one big nod. Keep on writing and keep the new material coming and dont worry about when the big fish is going to bite. He is already on the line your just to busy getting another beer out of the cooler to reel him in. Im Drug Sick and im outta here..

That's awesome that you like Joy Division. I love your acoustic sound. It's pretty mind bending, and I dig that. My mind needs some stretching. I suggest listening to as many new people as you can. You begin to find new inspiration that way. That's how I discovered you! Thanks for your work!

Peace,

Anna

Wow! Thanks for the comment Anna! I appreciate athat you found my music on here. I am very new to reverbnation and found it through the desire to add more material to my myspace page.

I will listen to more of your work too.

I actually have been adding more bands like crazy on myspace and have been more inspired like you said.

I want to recommend you listen to KEXP.org "them morning show " with John Richards. It is excellent! He is a great dj!
It is brodacast out of Seattle.

I played in many bands in the past and now just make my own little odd songs for the moment.

glad we are connected!
Kel

ps. watch CONTROL if you haven't on the life of Ian Curtis! Great!

Playing shows with Ds Hero, was beyond fun. From the woods of Olympia to the warehouses of downtown Seattle and everywhere inbetween, we stretched the limits of experimentation and shared the halls of the famous the near famous and the junkie dead.

Ds Hero will someday be profiled as to what an artists life is all about. Innovative and obscure with the possibility to change the dull landscape forever.
