very cool writing here bro..lyrics particularly are very compelling, and what a great job you've done on self-producing these complicated and challenging tracks..particularly like "casualties of war" with it's death-metal vocal midsection. Tasty!
Thanks upon thanks. It's fun to write something just inches out of your comfort zone so you have to work for it. And on the lyrical front, as most pretentious teens are prone to doing, I spent most of my school days writing lyrics and forming my own personal philosophy on what I should write about and how I should convey it. And "Casualties of War" was a spiritual tribute to System of a Down, and being that my favorite period of theirs was the self titled album and Toxicity, I felt the screams would fit the Post-Hardcore vibe they had while still staying true to my own personal style and tastes.
Love what you're doing here!
Fan me back and l give my music a listen including my remix of Meat Katie's "I Was There" available for free download!
