Hey Billy & Band, thanks so much for fanning me back, much appreciated! I'm really enjoying the way you guys are taking the blues beyond the good old twelve-bar, yet allowing your songs to remain steeped in the traditional sounds and grooves of the blues, great stuff! When you're Amongst Our Tribe, you're in good company! ;-)

SJ is a composition deluxe. So much to explore there. Sounds so simple first until I realise how complex it is. Wonderful guitar lines in best Hendrix and SRV tradition. Joyful listening. Have a great week ~kappi

My friend, you have a great ear. Yes SJ has a simple premise but there are many complex musical interjections including an odd time sig in the verse. The song was done in the spirit of Riviera Paradise because the song is about Stevie's death. He was a close friend of mine. Kindest regards.
