Okay, the standouts on Curtis Parry's Inseparable album for me are tracks 3 through 6.
"You'd Be the One" is a very sweet, mellow love song. "Inseparable"s bass and polyrhythmic interweaving beat is just bitchin'. "Ever After" is an outstanding crooner's song that is just as good as anything in Sinatra's repertoire and is destined to be a classic. In fact, I played this song for a bride whose reception I DJ'ed, and she decided to use the song for her first dance! "I'm Staying Home Tonight" is a very catchy, upbeat tune with refreshingly different and positive lyrics.
All in all Inseparable is a very good album with some true gems in it. Parry's guitar chops are undeniably class A. His songwriting is tight and polished. His vocals are sometimes so buttery, you think you're listening to Buble. In any of these three capacities or all, Mr. Parry's career looks bright.
