Rosie And L'Amour's Stir Fry Recipe

Now, we know most artists are starving. But never fear! You don't have to go hungry anymore! Here is our own personal recipe for the most delicious stir fry you will ever have the pleasure of eating (Unless you don't like it). You will need: 1/2 an onion 2 cloves of garlic 1-2 carrot(s) Some Broccoli/cauliflower 1 pepper (of your choice) 1 cup of tofu or meat (of your choice... but pre-cooked) 1 tbsp of peanut butter 3 tbsp of Sweet Chilli Chicken Sauce A wok or saucepan of your choice (but make sure the sides go up high enough to be able to mix everything easily) And ANY OTHER VEGETABLES YOU MAY WANT! First, saute the onions and the garlic on low to medium heat with 1 tbsp of canola oil in your wok or saucepan. Cook until onions are translucent. Now, add all your vegetables (remember the carrots and brocolli may need more time to cook). Add 1/8 cup of water to the wok/saucepan and cover with a lid. Let simmer and absorb for 5 minutes. Add the stir fry noodles and another 1/8 cup of water, let absorb. Now for the sauce! :9 In a bowl, mix together 1 tbsp of peanut butter (prefferably the kind with REAL, CRUNCHY peanuts)and 3 tbsp of Sweet Chilli Chicken Sauce, or just the asian sauce of your choice. Now add to your stir fry, let cook and mix together for 3 minutes. ENJOY!!! :D
