2017 off to a good start...had a show at Quarter Note Jan 13th, FULL house and was back in studio end of January to begin work on a NEW MML cd....Madman's Lullaby will be playing at O'Malleys in Mountain View Feb 25th, will then be back in the recording studio mid-march to continue work on their NEW cd for release probably late 2017...lots in works between writing new songs , gigs and recording starting to set up more shows..will be back at the Quarter Note in Sunnyvale April 8th , a special Birthday show, May 20th will be back out in the East Bay at Toot's Tavern in Crockett, July 14th we return to Hollywood at the world famous Whisky supporting Last in Line, Vivian Campbells side band from Def Leppard and then MML returns home with a show at Pine Street out in Livermore on July 29th, will have more updates for both shows and recording as become available you can check out a NEW song we have up on site now.."One Shot" first release from NEW Lineup take a listen

OK as we wind down 2016 and get ready to start 2017 though Madman's Lullaby only did one show in 2016 there was lots going on....following a VERY busy 2013-2015 where we won 107.7 The Bone (#1 Rock Station in Bay Area) Local licks contest and did Bone Bash at Shoreline with Bad Company, Lynard Skynard, Night Ranger, recorded and released our VERY well reviewed "Unhinged" cd , did BIG shows all over bay area with the likes of Michael Schenker, Lita Ford, Ritchie Kotzen, Frank Hannon and more as well as multiple trips to Hollywood playing with the likes of Jake E Lee and Britny Fox as well as making trips to Chicago fpr Melodic Rock Fest and to Stockholm, Sweden for Vasby Fest with the likes of WASP and Michael Schenker 2016 started with a very unsettled situation. Some changes where made and in summer of 2016 guitarist Mr.Brett and drummer Eric Arbizu started re-tooling the band adding first in July NEW Bassist Luis Barillas and then in Sept NEW Lead Vocalist Chris Michaels the band began right away a combination of having Chris and Luis learning some of MML more popular older songs as well as us writing NEW MML songs....got out Dec 9th with FIRST show with new lineup at Vinnie's (FULL house of VERY enthusiastic people) up in Concord to kind of introduce new line up as we roll into 2017 we will continue with the introduction of new line up with some local shows early in the new year at the Quarter Note January 13th and O'Malleys Feb 25th...the band plans to go into the studio late Jan/Early Feb to record a NEW song to get out for people to start hearing and introduce things on a broader scale. WE will continue to play locally as well as return to Hollywood, hit other parts of California and look to be doing shows both out of state and overseas in 2017 and 2018..Also there are plans to return to recording studio probably late Spring/early summer to begin work on a NEW full length Madman's Lullaby cd.. We know 2016 was a very tough year for many but we are looking forward to a strong 2017/2018 for Madman's Lullaby and are wishing all of our family, friends, and fans and great 2017 and look forward seeing as many of you as possible..Peace from all at MML

Ok I know this really doesn't matter but how in the world can you rank like 12th one day...22nd the next and 256th next?? a FUCKING JOKE not that the rankings matter because I see lots of bands ranked in top 20 and yet they do NO shows no real recording so how the hell does that happen?? just plain stupid OUT!!

Just want to take a sec to say thank you to Lejf Jaeger and everyone at 107.7 the Bone ( http://1077thebone.com ) for choosing us to be in the top 20 and all they do to support the awesome local music scene here in the Bay Area...and a Huge thanks to all of you voting for Madman's Lullaby! Remember voting will continue till Tuesday at 8:59pm .. I hope that no matter who makes the top 4, that everyone will make it out to the Saddle Rack on Tuesday the 18th to support the winning bands and our award winning radio station for making events like this possible.
