Bands4Good Challenge - VOTE TODAY!

As you may know, I have joined the Bands4Good Challenge in helping charities benefiting our veterans as well as promoting my new song, “Find My Place”. I wrote this song to bring awareness to those veterans seeking to find their way in this world after serving our great country. While this is a contest, it is also an event to raise money for charities. It is simple, just view the video of my new song, “Find My Place,” and vote! The first vote is free and you can do so by going to http://bands4good.com/platform/product/mary-selvidge.

Also, if you would like to vote more than once, you can make a donation to the charities benefiting our veterans starting at $5 dollars. For more information about the charities involved with the Bands4Good Challenge, please go to http://bands4good.com/2013challenge/military/nonprofit/. Please visit this site daily and vote for my video! There is no purchase required for the first vote each day, but if you wish to make a tax deductible donation, please feel free to do so. Each dollar raised will help our veterans and your vote will help me in my efforts in reaching the world with this song.

Thank you and God Bless!

Great News!

I'm back from Nashville, TN and I enjoyed the CRS Country Artist Spotlight Showcase. PCL Music is a great job in organizing the event and providing the best sound ever. The networking with other musicians and artist was amazing. I made a lot of new friends. I need to thank my band for sharing this dream with me. They are great musicians and wonderful guys. I'm so blessed with band members, family and friends who support my career. But mostly I've got to thank the good Lord for all of it. Please stay tuned! I've just been asked to open up for Jason Michael Carroll on March 18th at Crossroads in Wake Forest, NC. Yes! I'm so excited! Mary

The showcase is held by PCL Music and we are excited to have the opportunity to perform. I feel so blessed to have family, friends and fans that have supported me over the years. Good News!

I have great news to share with you. I was able to be apart of the Livin' To Be Free Golf Classic in September for Autumn Hoeft, who was suffering from cancer. If you noticed, I said "was" because as of last week they did another scan and the tumor could not be found. I am a true believer that miracles do happen, because Autumn is our little miracle. She is currently weighing in at 25 pounds, but her strength is coming back fast.

So when you think your world is falling apart just think of the ones who are just struggling to stay alive. Every day counts in my world and I hope it does in yours.

Thank you for the prayers for Autumn and your continued support. One last note, please take the time today to make someone you love feel loved just by saying it. Make today count!

Be Thankful For What You Have!

We were so honored to play at the Livin' To Be Free Classic to raise money for Autumn. Autumn is a four year old girl who is battling with a brain tumor. She is so courageous and strong! Her parents are so amazing and have stood by her through this difficult time. Please say a prayer for her and her family! Their faith is what is keeping them so tough!

It was so great to play for her parents and all of her supporters at the fundraiser. The community has rallied behind her and she has inspired so many!

You should always be thankful for what you have. Don't worry about the things you don't have!

You make the biggest difference!

I want to take the time to thank all the fans for the support over the last three years!

There are many exciting things coming up in 2011! For many of you fans, you have been asking, "When is the next album coming out?"

We will be working on the new album and should have it released in the new year. There are a lot of new songs that are amazing that I want you to hear!

The fans make the biggest difference for an artist! Thank you for all the support and we look forward to an exciting year in 2011!

Hang on and enjoy the ride!
