Well, the Marko's gig turned out to be a great surprise. Marty couldn't play due to a double booking ( seems to happen all the time we book Marko's) so we asked Randy Anderson of Buck Daddy to fill in, which he did and did a great job. Then Roger Desrosier from Passage and early Deep River Band showed up with his keys, Willie, my buddy dfrom Washington DC showed up with his congas and turned what was going to be a small four piece caual, into a six piece riot. We all had a blast...and Marko liked it better than our usual show. He should, six pieces is always better than 4...wonder if he knows how expensive that is :)
Next gig May 22 for the poker run in South Haven...i'll get back with more details in the next blog.
