So we haven't played a show in a while but we are still getting together and doing those band things: boozing and talking about old shows/ tours! Ha. Also, we are looking forward to putting out our next record! Writing and recording has started now. Cheers, The Red Buttons
2 years in the making! We are pleased to announce this sophomore release that sounds more like a senior release! YES, of course we are biased but we think you'll love it! Cheers, TRBs

We are currently adding shows for March 2011 tour in four states. Its 3 months away and we're already meeting some new cool people for the tour! Also, we're currently breaking in (hazing) our new band member on cello, Joe Breezy. Joe has performed with a number of Athens, OH bands and Lakewood, OH artist, Buck Nemecek.
Hi! We are currently recording our next record w/ Mike Cormier (The Volta Sound, Stereo Workers Union) in a grassroots fashion vs. the big expensive studio approach of our previous record, "Button Up." Cormier is co-producing this record. Todd Vainisi is playing keys on the record and has gone from full time member to studio musician (to better suit his lifestyle). Reviews for "Button Up" (self release EP) are starting to come in. Its available for sale on this site and also Napster, Lastfm, & Emusic. Guest musician, Joe Brown (cello) will have an expanding role with live shows. Our next gig is in January at the Grog Shop (Cleveland Heights). Date TBA soon! Lastly, we aim for a mid-west tour this March plugging "Button Up" and hopefully our 1st full length "Button Down." Cheers, Ryan
