Yesterday was a great day for another garage concert here in Williamsburg (Social Distance Concert performance from my garage). To all of the folks who stopped by to enjoy a little bit of music ... Hi Everyone! Hope you're all doing as well as you can given these amazing experiences we're all sharing. I've been receiving requests for LCV Project/Lou Vangieri videos. On Sunday afternoons here in Williamsburg over the past few months, I've been offering free live solo acoustic guitar instrumental music for the neighborhood I live in ... it's been going great! Lauren and I are calling it The Social Distancing Concert Series. I just open up my garage and folks (joggers, walkers, dog walkers, folks sitting on their porches, cars drive by slowly and waive) hang out for a little bit, listen to a song or two, then give me the thumbs up! It's been an amazing experience. Happy to bring some musical joy into the world. Anyway, I'll post a song from the concert series for the next few days. First up, an original piece entitled SEASONS. Performed yesterday (April 19 - Sunday) for the next outdoor installment of the Social Distance Concert series. Lots of walkers, joggers, dog walkers, cars slowing down to give a quick thumbs up, folks sitting on their porches just enjoying the music for a song or two, then moving on. Music is great to share during this unreal experience. Back at it again next Sunday (April 26 - weather permiting) at the garage!

Had another wonderful community concert yesterday ... lots of walkers, dog walkers, slow drive by cars, folks just stopping by for a song or two and to say HELLO with positive thanks for sharing some music! Social Distancing Concert - did another garage concert for the neighborhood this past Sunday (April 5th - Williamsburg - Wingate). Lots of folks stopped by and listened to a song or two before moving on. We had the joggers, the dog walkers, the porch sitters from across the street, the slowing down drivers, and lots of others just enjoying a beautiful Sunday with a little bit of music (while maintaining the social distancing protocols). We also learned that folks with their kids were searching for bears in the windows ... we found one in the garage before the music started. Looks like the live music is really popular, will do another performance this coming Sunday (April 12).... Wow..... this has been pretty amazing. Glad to share a smile or two with some live music.

Hi everyone .... Trying something new ... I opened up my garage yesterday (Sunday, March 29) and just started playing my acoustic/instrumental music ... what a great experience, joggers, walkers, folks driving by slowly, folks walking their dog, kids playing ... everyone stopped for a moment or two to listen, smile ,, a few folks brought some lawn chairs over (maintaining social distance) there was even some social distance dancing in the streets ... it seems live music (even a brief song or two) is a wonderful change of pace for the craziness that has hit all of us. I was asked to play next Sunday again .April 5th ... WOW ..

Yesterday (March 10) was a terrific performance date at Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center! Very receptive audience....really enjoying the live acoustic music. A great volunteer experience! Glad to brighten folks day with a little bit of music!
