TAP MILWAUKEE: See Elusive Parallelograms’ treatment for “Oblivion”

By Piet Levy of the Journal Sentinel | Jan. 18, 2013 Elusive Parallelograms might be one of the fastest working bands in Milwaukee. Less than a year after its latest full-length “Modern Splendor,” released in April 2011, the psychedelic rock band came back with a a new EP, “Habits,” last February…and followed that one up with two more EPs within the past 12 months, last June’s “Spaces,” and this month’s “Fragments.” But the group didn’t have an official music video, until now. The slickly-edited treatment for “Oblivion” (from “Spaces”) features the group mugging it up and rocking out in a field; the track, and the video, are reminiscent of early Flaming Lips (most definitely intended as a compliment). The group’s also put together a fancy new website, which you can check out here.
