BRB is so glad to be returning to the Black Cat Ale House at 151 White Street in Cohoes! This is your chance to kick back with a pint of your favorite beer, some great food, some great fun, and relax with friends to Rock and Blues. It proves to be a great time, let's hope for good weather! 8pm to 11:30 if good weather out on the patio, or, 9pm to 12:30 if it's raining. We'll be inside if bad weather comes. BRB is proud to say we've been asked to play this month's Troy Night Out city stage in front of the old City Hall/Monument Square! We're very much looking forward to this. The weather is looking great, the parking is F-R-E-E, and more! You can visit the local shops, coffeehouse, art gallery, book seller, grab a pint, a great sandwich, and everything in between! Then Sat night we're at Dee Dee's on Rt. 155 in Latham from 9-1 where we'll rocking and bluesin' all night long! No cover fee!
Can't believe it's August already! Summer's going fast - but not too fast for you to catch your favorite blues band at Katie O'Byrnes this weekend! We'll be performing there Saturday night from 9:30 - 1:30. Katie's has a unique Irish Menu, tavern food, pub fare, and of course a wide selection of drinks. We just wanted to take a moment to say 'thanks' to all that came out to see us. What a great day! Folks at the Troy Pig-Out numbered in the hundreds, and we got to play for 2 hours in the best weather of the summer. Then last evening at Tastee Treat in Slingerlands/Voorheesville was quite a success - thank you to the dozens that came out - including my 95-year old Grandmother! What a beautiful night it was for a gig last friday! The Midtown was great, as always, and was an honor to continue building our fan base there. Thank you to all who offered your email addresses - you will be receiving a confirmation email shortly from us! We're done gigging for March, but we've got plenty up our sleeve for April - booked every weekend and loving every minute!
