Chrome Heart Band MUSIC RELEASE Date: December 28, 2009 Re: New Rock Collaboration/Band Hits Jacksonville More Info: 904 – 386-4810 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – The premier of Chrome Heart Band is New Year’s Eve 2009. BethAnne, best known for her solo keyboard/vocal performances, has hand-picked three local, professional musicians for her new rock collaboration, Chrome Heart. This band promises to entertain and excite. Says BethAnne, "I am very excited about who I’ve assembled for this project, and I can't wait to hit the stage with these great players New Year’s Eve at the Smokin Beaver in Arlington." BethAnne is lead vocals and keyboard. "Biker Girls Rock", and she is no exception. BethAnne is about writing and performing music. On piano since age 4, and classically trained vocally, her first ambition was opera. Then it was on to rock and roll. Her first self-produced CD, Pocket Full of Dreams was released in 1998. Her first single, "Find A Way", was released by UIA Records. She has played and toured throughout New York, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, and Florida. BethAnne has been courted by Arista and Universal Records, and is a registered writer with ASCAP. She has performed as lead vocalist/keyboards in 4More, Heartstrings, Billie Mitchell, and Nightshade. Since returning to Jacksonville in late 2006, BethAnne has been performing solo, and in 2009 had the opportunity to perform 13 solo shows on the main stage at Battlegrounds during Bike Week-Daytona. What she says about Chrome Heart: "I have played with some really incredible musicians in my life and each has brought their own flair, their own feeling to every song. It's a blast to be behind the mic with a great band behind you. I have to play, and finding the right musicians to make the music happen is all it takes. It’s been amazing so far." Mark Parisi joins Chrome Heart on lead guitar and vocals. "In a nutshell," says Parisi, "I'm an old school rocker who's been playing guitar since I was 15." Parisi has had the opportunity to meet, hang out and even play with his favorite musicians who have inspired him throughout the years. Originally from Massachusetts, he’s now known as St. Augustine’s best kept secret - lucky for Chrome Heart! Parisi ‘s recent projects include Signal 20, and his original project, Alien Rhythm. Doug Patrick joins Chrome Heart on bass and vocals. Patrick has toured the world with many big name artists, and spent 8 years on the road in Europe with some heavy hitters. Patrick has toured and shared the stage with the Scorpions, Blue Oyster Cult, Metallica, and Joe Satriani. His bass playing is the reason why. Patrick is also with local project Wycked Lezlee, and his former band, Sweatin Bullets. Stan Trapp joins Chrome Heart on drums and vocals. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Trapp began playing drums at age 12, started taking lessons from childhood friend Bob Pantella (Raging Slab, Monster Magnet) and continued his music education through college. Since moving to Jacksonville, Florida, in 1991, Trapp has been a contributing member of the local music scene working in the local band Below Paris for over 7 years. Stan met with, played onstage with, and partied with Quiet Riot, RATT, Jason Bonham, White Lion and more. Now a seasoned player with over 20 years of drumming behind him, Trapp performs in the original project Face 4 Radio and Wycked Lezlee. For this band, it's about the music and entertaining the crowds, but it's also about the connection that musicians share during those live performances. That is the goal of Chrome Heart’s New Year’s Eve Premier… so… get your motor runnin. You won’t want to miss this. Rock on # # #
