Has a very recognizable typical country sound at the beginning. It was interesting to hear this song evolve from Randy Travis to Carrie Underwood to this. It is a little more modern and relatable than carrie's take. It sounds like a man I would actually know is singing this to me and I find that endearing. A pretty good cover, true to the original. Could use some added style to make it rememberable.
This sounds like something my ex and I used to listen to. It brings me back to that summer. The instruments are just right for the vocals. His voice is so sorrowful, just like any country singer. I am not a fan of country but I really love this just because of all the memories. I would probably put this on my playlist.

There is a lot of emotion in the vocals. The backing vocals add a whole new layer and it just makes things so full. A decent track.
His vocal quality sounds old-fashioned but very sweet to listen though over sentimental sometimes.The lyrics are uniquely composed it's well-shaped.The harmony balance was nicely created and the sequence of tones was very romantic to listen all the people will love this track.
