Giants of the River - Loud, Energetic, with a full on passion for Old School Rock N' Roll.
From humble beginnings Giants of the River started with a Drum Kit, a couple Guitars, a parents basement and 5 buddies with a passion for rock N roll. Jamming to their favourite bands such as. The Sheepdogs, Black Keys, Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin and The Stones, the boys started honing their craft and soon realized they had something special.
Playing cover gigs around the city, Giants of the River quickly grew a reputation of being a high energy party band playing to larger and larger crowds with each show. As the crowds grew, the band started coming into their own, creating a rockin' live atmosphere.
With the release of their self titled EP in 2014, Giants of the River started the transition from cover band into their own sound with original songs like "Hell Raiser" and "The Bone" gaining traction amongst their audience. From there, the band continued pushing their music onto new ears and future fans.
In 2016, The boys are poise to "Make Noise" with some brand new releases including videos, concert dates, and most importantly, NEW MUSIC!

Sup GOTR fans! Some cool things are happening this month.
First off GOTR is set to play TYC EVENT CENTRE on Saturday Dec.21,2013. Tickets are $10 (same as cover) and can be purchased by any member of the band.
Then after we rock TYC we are heading back to the studio, finishing up our EP so #StayTuned for some NEW MUSIC!!
