In early March, The Speedbumps released their new single: a bluegrass cover of "Creep," originally written and recorded by the popular alternative rock band, Radiohead. The idea to cover this tune started as a whim when drummer Pat Hawkins was playing around with a two-step beat. It was during that same time the band was becoming known for their paradoxical music style — one that had cheery upbeat rhythms but featured self-reflective and somber lyrics. The Speedbumps’ version of Creep amplifies that signature trait for which the band is currently known. Fans can view the official video on The Speedbumps YouTube Channel here:
