Love and Theft Causes Hazard After Savannah Show

Date: Saturday, August 16, 2008

Publication: CMT.com

After police escorted Country Music hottest, up-and-coming band, Love and Theft, group member Stephen Liles expressed his apologies saying, "We would like to apologize to you ever so sincerely for disappearing after last night's show. We came to the lobby and began to take pictures and meet all of you wonderful people, when after about 5 minutes, the police said we were causing a hazard and that we had to leave." The craze of the group's new fans who wanted signatures of the band on their newly purchased t-shirts, albums, and photos, left disappointed. Love and Theft assured the fans of Savannah that they would return. "Our favorite part of the night is getting to come out and meet all of you and talk with you and take pictures and sign your photos and t-shirts and jeans and whatever other random stuff you want us to, and we're SO sorry we didn't get to do that last night. We will definitely come back to Savannah." Love and Theft will continue touring with Taylor Swift through the remainder of 2008 in hopes to meet more fans and promote their upcoming album, set to be released earlier next year.
