We shot our very first music video, for our song Medusa. It was a very interesting experience. Playing on stage is nothing compared to shooting a video. On stage you feed on the energy of the crowd. You turn yourself over to it, and it the music, and the atmosphere just take control. When shooting a music video, it's just the band, and the cameraman, and you are supposed to try and capture that same energy you possess on stage. Definitely a interesting experience. I can't wait to see the finished product, had a lot of fun doing it. Big shout out to Corey Dickens for helping us. Regardless of the outcome, I look at my idol's first music video, shrug my shoulders and say, it can't be worse that this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1nzLuXctC4 I compare all of my stuff with my idol's. My early live performances, my studio recordings, and now my music videos. Who knew back then that two of the guys in this band (Axl, and Izzy) would go on to be in one of the biggest bands of all time. That's the kind of motivation and inspiration that drives me.
Since tearing the house down at the Hard Rock in Nashville, we have been staying busy. We're currently making plans for shows in Memphis on Beale St, two shows in Nashville, three in Cookeville, and one in Knoxville. We are planning on hitting the studio in June to record and we are also making plans to shoot a music video. So we have a lot of exciting things going on, and we can't wait to share it all with you, our fans. Thank you so much for your support!
