Blackheart Honeymoon are sad to announce that our wonderful harmony vocalist and tasteful keyboardist, Adrienne Marie Pollock has left the band to pursue alternate career choices. She mentioned continuing to focus on freelance writing & editing, her novel, musical theater, and world travel. We are certain you haven't heard the last of her - she'll be doing big things for sure!
We played a handful of amazing shows with Adrienne and she worked very hard to master her vocal and piano parts in the short time we were together. We will miss her vast talents and many contributions to Blackheart Honeymoon, but will carry on as a four-piece band until we find the perfect replacement.
There are several really great Blackheart Honeymoon shows coming up this Spring and Summer, as we venture out of Seattle to Yakima, Port Angeles, and beyond...
If you or someone you know think you can fill Adrienne's big shoes (size 7 stiletto boots) - please get in touch to arrange an audition!
We've been working on some new songs! Including one written by our very own Dusty Hayes. I assure you he is a better song writer than Ringo. We can't wait to share some more tunes with you all!
We've been silent for a bit, but only because we've been working on some big things--new photos, new website, new songs, and a new lineup! We're debuting all these fancy things at Slims Last Chance in Seattle on November 22 - come out to see us! Show starts at 9.
Just waiting for the mix of our EP "Nothing and Everything Else" which was recorded January in the Kill Room.
