We had fun performing at the City House benefit yesterday. We received some great comments on our new songs! Some other local favorites were performing as well including, Julia Alexander, DYA, Aron Mercer and David Tribble. Thanks goes Sienna Scalf for photography. Thanks also to Tricia Redding and all who contributed to the event as well as Karen Voelker with City House for inviting us and for supporting the needs of kids and families in our community.

Our show at the House of Blues "Rockin' the Red Balloon" benefit for Children's Medical Center was a huge success! There was an great lineup of fantastic musicians and we are grateful to have been included. We helped House of Blues raise money for Children's Medical Center and had fun too. We thank House of Blues in Dallas for supporting this wonderful cause and we also thank everyone who came to the show (some from as far away as Houston!).
We have finished recording our two new songs! Heidi recorded the vocals on Tuesday and they sound great.
We are in the studio this weekend! Zach Whitchurch recorded drums yesterday and sounded great. Angel Trujillo is recording bass this morning and Heidi will record keyboard after him. Cameron Griffin will rock on the guitar recording then Heidi Zettl will record vocals after that. It is going to be a full weekend and we can't wait! Our two new songs, "River" and "Tell Me Everything" are awesome and we can't wait to share them with you!

We are performing at the beautiful Oklahoma City Arts Festival on Saturday, April 27th at 2:00 on the "Water Stage". This is one of the more beautiful festivals in the Midwest that attracts some of the best artists. We will be performing, for the first time in public, our two new songs "River" and "Tell Me Everything" as well as our newest cover songs. Come join the fun and stop by after the show!
The Heidi Zettl Band photography session went great. It was a lot of fun and Dallas photographer, Scott Dorn, did a good job for us. He took a lot of action shots because, as you know, Cameron Griffin, Zach Whitchurch and Angel Trujillo are always on the move! When we are together you can count on it being a good time. The session took almost three hours and we got a lot of good (some crazy) pictures. We went to dinner afterwards and of course, the fun continued. Even Scott said it was on of the best times he had ever had on a photo shoot!
Great news, two of our songs have been selected to be played on WOSRadio, Women of Substance Internet Radio. "Soul Colours" and "Lonely" will be on their 3 month rotation as well played on their "New Music Show" featuring new indie artists. We will be listed on their lineup in the next few weeks, they will post it on their Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/wosradio. Please "like" them and give us the thumbs up, voting us into the top ten! Thanks for all of your support!
