WHRegulators Records & Entertainment was founded in 2008 by Paubz, Ken, & BiggsJr.
Initially, a promotional site, WHRegulators quickly expanded into a media music recording organization.
Paubz the founder of WHRegulators wanted to create a site for promotion of his music. Biggs Jr also an artist and producer helped Paubz produce his music projects and mixtapes. The idea to start a promotional site was pitched to Ken Phaphon - a media design specialist who agreed to help create a vibrant site whose purpose was to showcase the music of the two artists.
With the creation of a number of projects, WHRegulators created it first entertainment DVD intended to showcase the life in Toronto on a musical and social level. As the development went ahead, additions such as contacts with local artist music being played on our site. We also began to use the term "Live from Toronto". We have since made compilations for promotions. As Paubz entered the business of music he has been able to gain finances for his work and was able to fund projects as well as to learn engineering from associate Biggs Jr. Paubz was able to obtain awarded grants in writing, collective-organization, and event creation.
Paubz: after the creation of his first album, was able to learn the business slowly but eventually has become very wise in the industry and is on the verge of great success.
Ken: A web designer and programmer by trade, he has been a vital part of the WHRegulators organization. Ken has been involved in the image and functionality of whregulators.com from its inception.
Biggs Jr: Being a very talented producer, engineer and composer of his own material as well as others, Biggs Jr has been a great roll in the creations of many songs for WHRegulators Records/Ent.
