Shotgun Saints... we're back!

Shotgun Saints have had a lot of things going on since our last posting. First, on September 13th our bassist and Shotgun Saints brother James Eaton passed away unexpectedly. The news was devastating to us all and to everyone who knew James. He and his family are in our thoughts and prayers. After James' passing all the band members discussed and decided to move forward and keep Shotgun Saints going. We know that James would have wanted to. James we miss you and you will always be a member of Shotgun Saints! In September/October we began auditions for a new singer, drummer and bassist and we're proud to announce that we added new lead singer/keyboard Randall Rhodes, drummer Brad Abernathy and our new bassist Rob Karr. We've already played a couple of shows with this lineup and we're honored to have them as members of Shotgun Saints! At the moment we're already booking shows well into 2015. So to keep up with all our upcoming shows keep checking on here and and our Facebook site and website. We're constantly updating both our dates and our sites. As always we really do appreciate everyone's support and we look forward to seeing you all at our upcoming shows in 2015. Have a safe and Christmas and New Years! Shotgun Saints

We'd like to welcome back into the Shotgun Saints one of the areas favorite singers Rusty Pilot. Rusty's stage presence and ability to get a crowd in a partying mood are second to none! So come on out and catch him onstage with us. This weekend will be Eddie Thompson's last show with Shotgun Saints. After a couple of stints with the band he's decided he's had enough of the "dictatorship" LOL! Seriously his words not ours. Shotgun Saints ROCK the Eazy Parrot and more!

Great things happening in the Shotgun Saints band right now. We're booking shows in some great new venues for us like the Eazy Parrot in Monroe, NC and the Endzone in Rock Hill, SC with lots of others to be announced as the details are finalized.

On January 17th we played the Endzone for the first time. In fact it was first time playing ni Rock Hill, SC in almost 2 years! Well it was a great time and the staff and people that turned out made the night a big party! At the end of the month, January 31st we headed to Monroe, NC and the Eazy Parrot. Marcy, Missy and the staff there made us feel so welcome and the crowd that came out was super! The night was a big success for everyone and we're looking forward to being back at both places in February and March. So check the dates and we'll see you there!

Currently the band is rehearsing and adding a lot of new material into our sets. We're also working on original material and will be spending a lot of time in the studio recording songs for an all original CD this year too!

Very soon all the bands websites will undergo some much needed design changes to reflect the direction and new members in Shotgun Saints. The sites will go online beginning in the spring of 2014. On the sites we'll debut new promo video, audio and merchandise as well as new promo photography of the band.

We want to thank all of the people who have helped us along the way and especially those who continue to support us!
