Hi Folks, Latest EP Down to the Bone out in May. Three tracks produced by Musiker Records. Also writing some tracks with John Armless. Thought about adding one of our tracks to Down to the Bone but are thinking a joint EP now. Thank you for the support; means more that I can say in so many ways:)
Hope everyone is staying well and creative. Many, many thanks for your visits and support. I have posted a new song today 'Songs from a Sunken Island', which I hope you like. My latest acoustic guitar instrumental based EP is also available now to download from bandcamp:)
So many thanks you for the on-going support here and elsewhere. I'm currently working on a couple of projects - an acoustic guitar based EP of instrumentals (no title yet)and a song based EP with the working title of Northern Seascapes. Hopefully both will be out there in the New Year.
Meantime thank you for taking the time to listen and send your support. In what can seem a time of music overload, that you choose to listen to me is greatly appreciated.
Stay strong and creative:)
Heard that the One Campaign is reviving some classic protest songs. You can listen to my 'Whatever to the protest songs?' right here on reverb nation (written and recorded, of course, prior to the One Campaign):)
Hi Folks, Just to let you know that my new EP Crossing the River is now available on Bandcamp. You can also download the title track for free from Reverbnation for a short period just by joining my mailing list.

Hi folks, Just wished to say a massive thank you from the heart for all the support and positive vibes sent to me over the last few weeks. I really appreciate it- thank you.
Also, just to let you know that I will be hopefully uploading my latest EP Crossing the River this weekend, 5 acoustic guitars based instrumental tracks played on 6 and 12 string guitar. I hope everyone likes it enough to download a couple of tracks or even the entire thing!!
Within the next couple of months I also hope to have my other EP Songs from a Sunken Island out there, too. This is a songs based EP including 3 new tracks and a radical reworking of my tune: Whatever to the protest songs.
Once again thank you for all the support; It means a lot. Please stay well, creative and in touch.
Hi Folks, I just wished to give a seriously big thank you to everyone who has listened in to my music here on ReverbNation. Honestly, the support I have received over the past few months has touched, encouraged, humbled and helped me massively.
The coming of a New Year often means new starts and, In a few days, I start a new job. This will mean needing to get up to speed with new ways of doing things etc. Given this, it may take me a little longer for me to respond to any comments etc. Bear with me, however, because I do value our connection and will get back asap.
Musically, I may have a little less time for a while to devote to what I love most. As always I will, though, be composing as I go about my day and grabbing whatever time I can to play and record. As I’ve realised even more profoundly over the past few months, Jobs are essential, of course, but music and friends are the very stuff of life.
Meantime, stay well and creative into 2013 and beyond.
PS. As a small thank you I have made the booted and suited version of Raining over England (produced by my friends @ www.musikerrecords.com) available as an exclusive download here on ReverbNation
Hi Folks, I hope everyone is well. I just wished to offer everyone my best wishes of the season, and to say thank you for the unexpected support and positive comments I have received since joining this site..Finally I wish to tlet you know that I have posted a new song 'The Hull Diana', which I hope everyone enjoys. The story behind the song goes something like this: in 1866, while on a whaling expedition in Baffin Bay, the Hull ship Diana became frozen in the ice, where it was trapped for over six months including Christmas Day. Finally, the ice began to thaw and the ship drifted southwards. on the evening of the 1st April 1867 the crew had their first sighting of the west coast of Shetland and the next day arrived into Ronas Voe. In total thirteen of the Diana's crew died, eight (including the Captain) passed away on deck and the others died soon after their arrival. The Diana's disastrous voyage signalled the end of Hull's whaling industry.
