" Great Stuff ! " - Michael Manring www.manthing.com
“Super heavy is definitely the operative phrase for this funky rocker. In a crazy hybrid of psychedelics & primo R& B, theres a surplus of chemically altered guitar, slap bass in your face and trash can high impact drums. Gruff voiced singer tells a tale of a bird on your shoulder that directs destiny in a metaphorical stream of consciousness. Deep meaning is presented in even deeper mix of near metal intensity as the groove never lets up. Crushing power with mystical allusions and some of the coolest riffs from the stringed instruments I have heard in a while. Are these guys famous yet?”
“Initial impression is a total thumbs up! Loving the grundgy but not muddied overall sound going on; the guitars are banging with pure rock emotion and I cant stop my head from bobbing! The bass has an awesomely raw distorted sound that keeps my subconscious in check and never lets me forget it's there. I really enjoy the sound of the drum kit too, all part of the head bobbing fun. The mastering quality and balancing of levels could be taken up a notch, but it does have a certain charm the way it is. Good, solid rock.”
“Hard Rock and Punk Rock, Modernized to an Alternative sort of style. This is definitely different than the mainstream rock that listeners are accustomed to. This sounds very advanced for its times but not sure if that is good or bad. Get ready for New School Rock!”
as an atari fan, i approve of this song! the 8bit intro is an immediate attention grabber, and the stunt guitar accompaniment adds an overall badass energy, the heaviness is very early 90's funk metal and very appreciated by those who remember generations with balls! this is a brain grinder for which they shouldn't apologize to those whom it burns their ears and stains their eyes!”
