stop celebrating speeches

Don't you think it's time we stop celebrating speeches and give proper weight to actions? Speeches are meaningless when backed up by the same actions that prompted the speech in the first place.

Ni401: perspectives: Pet Peeves

Most of "us" have some idea about what a "pet peeve" is. Basically something that pisses us off, something minor at that. Like many, I can get annoyed at certain minor occurrences. However, others may not share the same sustain for an occurrence that I do, and vice versa. For me, I do not collect pet peeves and do not use the phrase unless I'm questioning it. Maybe pet peeves are my pet peeve. This is another way for me to turn my self inside out to see what's inside. It's important to keep in mind that we are responsible for the way we feel about something. We should not shift the blame onto someone else. Who are you blaming for your behaviors and thoughts? This connects to other topics directly .. See "Nature vs Nurture" or "the Wild vs Civilization"
