As a concept, it is borrowed from a friend, Ricky Coulter, who started the H.A.T.E. campaign. His vision for it was as a philosophical movement about using negative emotions to over come negative obstacles. For example, Honor Above Tenacious Ego to hate biggotry, and Harmony Across The Earth to hate war. In my case, it was Hopeful About Tomorrow Evening because with all the negativity suffered in our lives, sometimes we need that light at the end of the tunnel.
