Open Mics

An open mic can be a great way to get exposure and meet new musicians. But it also costs, fuel, time, etc. How much is too much? I can probably find one every night of the week in the Baltimore-Annapolis-DC area. They get exhausting. The truth is Step 3 formed as a result of an open mic, so it's definitely worth it. In the end it's like fishing, you have to enjoy the trip and maybe you catch a fish. Hit your local open mics when you get a chance. Cheers.
