We were super lucky. Our neighborhood was pretty much unscathed, we had power the whole time, but dang, did Sandy do a number on this city. The subways are almost back up and running on a normal schedule, but NJT is still a mess. Rich and I decided to go and volunteer for a day with the "Occupy Sandy" movement.
