11-02-12- My Morning Thoughts:

11-02-12- My Morning Thoughts: You can’t always get what you want…it’s the last weekend before the election and I’m wondering if more people will vote this time or fewer? Will we vote for the rights of many or the benefits of few? Will we vote for repairing the process with long term goals or maintain an even strain? Just wondering, although I’m not sure I heard too many ‘specifics’ during the campaigns on either of these issues regarding fresh ideas and coherent plans? There were a few ideas but it’s still just a crapshoot on who will do what they promise and when these promises take effect because unfortunately it’s always long term before we know if they worked or not…is there time remaining for long term ideas anyway? The economics experts (and I use that term lightly) are suggestion a bigger economic decline than the one we’ve just been living through these last 5 years...man I hope the sky isn’t really falling (again) because I’m getting tired of buying batteries and water every other month!!!…try and have a great weekend and enjoy your family and friends…that’s my plan…plain and simple.

11-01-12- My Morning Thoughts:

11-01-12- My Morning Thoughts: Is there really only 24 hours in a day? It seems like I work more than that! By the time I try and get things done (away from work) I’m ready for bed…HELP!!...I need and assistant or a time management guru or a live-in psychiatrist that minored in transcendental meditation of center focus…plain and simple.

10-31-12- My Morning Thoughts:

10-31-12- My Morning Thoughts: My wife is such a witch! Happy birthday honey and happy Halloween, you are the love of my life and beyond…if you could use your magical ‘witch powers’ to make the world a little better I would appreciate it…oh by the way, I forgot to mention she’s a very good witch and those of you that know her…know that…plain and simple.

10-30-12- My Morning Thoughts:

10-30-12- My Morning Thoughts: Those of us that have lived since the Kennedy Presidency and beyond may understand the political process a tad better than those that have just reached the voting age recently. My advice to those youngsters is to get involved by asking questions from people of all perspectives because there is no one size fits all when discussing politics…knowledge is the key in my opinion and the more diverse questions the better…if you question numbers or statistics go to a fact check sites, not FB or Twitter…remember it is your country too and ‘you and yours’ will be here a lot longer than us to deal with the outcome…plain and simple.

10-29-12- My Morning Thoughts:

10-29-12- My Morning Thoughts: Ok, bragging time: my Great Uncle Sammy Angott was the Boxing Lightweight Champion of the World in the 40’s…Ok now I started the bragging, who’s got the bloodline (famous family Ancestors) that can beat that!...FUN BRAGGING PLEASE…plain and simple. http://www.ibhof.com/pages/about/inductees/modern/angott.html

10-26-12- My Morning Thoughts:

10-26-12- My Morning Thoughts: The President of the Unites States and the free world should be Presidential…I hope everyone gets what they vote for…enjoy your weekend come what may…plain and simple.

10-25-12- My Morning Thoughts:

10-25-12- My Morning Thoughts: First day of Jury duty today, which means I've voted in the past...plain and simple.

10-24-12- My Morning thoughts:

10-24-12- My Morning thoughts: I’ve got this feeling 2013 isn’t going to be much better economically speaking than 2012…this is one morning thought I hope I’m dead wrong!...although, I will contend that in these trying times I believe all people, by and large, need to stand together somehow someway. If this overtly division continues and we don’t learn anything soon ‘THIS’ will definitely guide us to our demise…I hope that’s not what anyone really wants…for the record…I do not!!...I guess time will tell…plain and simple.

10-22-12- My Morning thoughts:

10-22-12- My Morning thoughts: How many people out there read books growing up? I was more into the music thing probably because it was easier to listen to a record than read a book. I didn’t read a lot as a lad but when I did find something I liked I would read it over and over again. Of course when I discovered magazines reading was out all together unless it was the jokes behind the centerfold…LOL…anyway, I read more now than I ever thought I would and I must say that not reading enough during those early years was a conscious almost insurmountable blunder!! All most everything can be found in the written word and for next to nothing I can be traversing the world or beyond by any good author that can take me there with their written word…plain and simple.

10-19-12- My Morning thoughts:

10-19-12- My Morning thoughts: Life just moves way to fast these days…I don’t think, in these world-wind-times, we ever have time to glance at the rose, let alone smell it. In what seems to be a blink of an eye, we are here, and then were gone…what will be your legacy? Will you be known for the rest of eternity as that mean old fart that never had a nice word to say about anything (or) the one that tried to do their best to be fair and compassionate…unfortunately, I’ve been a little of both…but I’m working towards the compassionate side more and more each day…everyone have a great weekend and if ya get a chance to ask somebody how there doing…try and listen to the response a little more attentively…because deep down, I know ya-all care…plain and simple.
