IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL OF YOU, OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY: PLEASE READ
Everyone, WE NEED YOUR HELP! This Friday we compete at Small Town Titans ARE GOING TO WAR!!! @ The Coliseum for a spot to open up for the Rock Allegiance show this September at Hershey Stadium featuring Stone Temple Pilots, Three Days Grace, Seether and a whole lot more. There are around 50 bands entered into this contest. The top 5, by greatest donation amount, move on to the finals where they will be professionally judged.
We are the underdogs, unquestionably. This band has been together for a little over 1 year and the ride has been incredible so far. We have acquired more success in this 1 year than any of us could've ever imagined. Our competition is stiff. Some of the bands we are up against have been around far longer than us. We are being pushed, and rightfully so, by our STT team. Our manager, our sponsors, our brand new street team, and of course the 5 of us, all believe very strongly in this band. Everyone on the STT team truly believes victory for this contest is attainable. We have conquered every obstacle that has stood in our way so far, on a personal level and on a business one. It is no secret that being in a band playing original music is not glamourous or profitable at the start, but we keep going with our heads held high. However, this time, we truly need your help.
If you are still reading this, thank you. It means you are a true fan, a believer, a supporter, and of course, a friend. We have gotten to know many of you and it has been a joy for us. If you can make it to the show this Friday, you are in for some serious fun. :) (You really are, we are bringing our friends from VegasFuel Energy Drink: girls, samples, etc. told ya we had surprises!)
If you can't, you can still help us. Below is a Paypal donation button. We need all the help we can get. A penny is a penny. If you can help in any way, we would greatly appreciate it. Every band starts somewhere. YOU can make a difference. Every cent counts. To be completely realistic, we believe we will receive some donations this Friday, but truthfully, we do not know if it will be enough. Help the Small Town Titans get farther in a year and a half than any other band before. We are NOTHING without you. Cheers, and see ya Friday.
- Phil, Jonny, Mark, Ed, and Ben
All donations are welcome to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org

The Small Town Titans is a 5-piece hard rock band that formed barely a year ago in Annville, PA, where most of the members went to Lebanon Valley College. Their aggressive style, tight arrangements and dynamic lead singer are already getting attention. They won LVC’s battle of the bands last fall and signed with Susquehanna Entertainment earlier this year. Their first recording is a self-titled EP that became available this month on iTunes and elsewhere, and just last week they opened for Saving Abel in Lancaster. After seeing their performance at the Millennium Music Conference in February, Jim Price of the Altoona Mirror and Pennsylvania Musician wrote “This quintet delivered bracing, hard-nosed modern rock with strong melodies, intensity and swagger. This group was led by an impressive frontman, Phil Freeman, who exuded fearless confidence and a powerful, far-ranging voice.”

The eponymous record spawned the platinum single "Addicted" and the followup barn-burners, "Drowning (Face Down)" and the emotional "18 Days." Their second album, Miss America, topped the Hard Rock chart and imprinted the hearts and minds of radio listeners with the title cut, "Stupid Girl (Only in Hollywood)" and another Top 10 single, "The Sex is Good."
