New Tune Done.
New tune as promised. 'Forever in a Day'...vocals as disappointing as ever but what can you do?
The Story of '4-1 Nite Only'...
Previous to my current incarnation in England I was a USAF test pilot flying code red/black opps out of White Sands and Edwards. My last mission was a low-flow in a newly commisioned 'Star-Fighter' X(D)-Wing. Unfortunately I managed to black out during a 5-G turn and crashed the $9M machine,(this was 1959). Fortunately,(or not), I didn't lose my life - just my right hand as I caught it on the canopy while trying to eject,(this was in the days before automatic-touch ejectors.) Anyway, fast forward after my discharge...I was in a bad way both physically and mentally. I had moved to Greenwhich Village NYC as part of a re-habilitation scheme run by a charity for disabled ex-Forces personell. It was during this time I would visit - non street - prostitutes in an apartment overlooking Central Park. During one unfortunate drug/alcohol fueled fantasy session with my favorite hooker, I asked her to go down on my gun and I accidentaly shot her through the mouth. The police were there suspiciously quickly,(regulars!), They arrested me and took me to precinct 12 down by the Hudson warehouses. My memory is hazy at this point but a managed to escape the jail cell only to end up in the Hudson and my last memory of life was seeing my body drifting towards the main NYC sewage works... [This is a true story as I recall it.] p.s. I met her again in this life and dated her for four years.
