DESCRIPTION: A four-piece band formed in June 2011 covering high energy songs including 70’s-90’s pop, 90’s metal, rockabilly and early punk. We combine a tight groove with a spirit of fun!
Available for shows from 45 minutes (one set) to three and a half hours in length including breaks. If required, the band can provide lighting, stage and FOH sound equipment, with sound technician.
The website, hosted by ReverbNation, features links to fan comments, gig photos, press and audio/video links. Website also has information on registered fans and displays the number of unique computers that have played our songs.

BAND'S PROMOTION EFFORT: To promote gigs, band utilizes Facebook posts and its website-generated email (256 subscribers as of Aug 2012) . These messages point fans to our band website listing gig details - with link to your venue’s website. Band produces its own professionally-designed posters and hard cards in small quantities. Note, we follow all local ordinances regarding posting flyers.
CURRENT AUDIENCE & PROJECTING OUR DRAW: Grounds for Divorce is based in Wellesley MA, twelve miles west of Boston. In nearby venues, the band's audience fills 100-person clubs near to capacity even on weeknights (see below for specific gigs and attendance). While difficult to project the potential draw at venues further away, it should be noted the band regularly draws ~25 core fans to its gigs in Foxboro, a distance of twenty-one miles.
