My Own Perception of What Songwriting is

The following lines that relate my own perception of what songwriting is have earlier been posted in fragments via my Twitter account. I am re-posting them as a blog here for a bigger audience to read.

"Songwriting is far more complex than writing poems and requires broader scope of imagination. Finding the right words to fit the right tune and creating a killer tune to suit certain words and phrases can drive you nuts.

Then I say poetry is a necessary element of a song.

You've got to have a richer vocabulary to be a good songwriter. One can even create an original language that the rest of the world will remember."

First Pro Studio Session at Nebula Recording Studio

My first pro studio vocal recording session for my first track done today, St. Patrick's Day, at Nebula Recording Studio, Limerick. Thanks, Ben Wanders for that professional touch and manners and oh, I wont forget that nice cup of tea that provided instant relief for my stressed vocal cord. Will see you again for my next tracks.

A Very Talented Young Female Artist to be Added to my Roster Soon

Watch out music lovers! A very talented young female artist is going to sing an original song that I am currently working on. Cant wait to listen to her rendition of the song which I will call "Tonight". This piece of music-in-the-making is my first collaborative work involving a female independent artist and another guy who is a professional lyricist. This female singer is soon to be included to my roster as an artists, so watch out. Cheers.

"You're My Missing Link", My First Ever Musical Creation

The song "You're My Missing Link" is my very first song ever created complete with full accompaniment. This song project, which is still in a demo form, has been created entirely by myself using GarageBand software and some of my digital and analogue equipment. Due to the sky-high cost of having projects mastered in professional studios, I'm taking time to have this song mastered professionally. I need some resources.

I have already secured copyright registry of this song. I uploaded a demo only for listening purposes and not for sale at the moment. Once I have done the mastering at the studio, I will upload the final version and that's the time that I will consider offering this music for download.

Happy listening guys! I hope I can create more.
