Hey everyone hows it going!! JC here and let me tell you, lifes grand! I just tackled a goal of mine and got on stage last monday for the first time and the love i got from the crowd was unbelievable. There isn't too many artists that will come on stage and change the entire vibe of a place, i was nervous...yeah...but in the end life plays how it wants, and that was smashing! Be expecting to see my face at any events in the area that let anyone play!
So, started working on some new music and well its amazing to me. I was gonna throw a few on as a "Bold As Love B-Sides" but the one that was meant for that album is already up so i think its time to start the next chapter. Now for those confused, cause there was a sneek for the next jam on the end of BAL, its still coming! "The Misadventures Of Quailman" will be a Full Length Concept Album, Slated for a release sometime next year so please don't sleep around on that. What i'm talking about is the next one in the series of Mixtapes i've put out on my own. We are also shooting for a short Halloween E.P. to be out by...well...halloween lol so keep looking back for information on that.
We found an old vault...of instrumentals...i'm saying these are like from the 06 era. Its got me really listening to older stuff of ours now more than ever! For those who have kept up, for about 3 years now have heard me and heard me regurgitating the fact that i'm trying to put something together with THE GREEN TEAM. And i know some were way pumped to hear a NEW Green Team Demo on the newest Playaz Crew mixtape, unfortunetly...for me to continue sitting here promising a return of green is just foolish. Rare...rare occasions you can catch all 4 of us together, its very sad to me. I've tried texting about getting together, tried throwing choruses on instrumentals to maybe get the fellas pumped, hell i even invited a member to come out last monday to the show...all answered with no replies. So i regret to tell everyone i don't see a GREEN TEAM reappearence happening ever. Everyone keeps booking too much at once to even begin to think about it, and it wouldn't be fair to tell artists they need to stop working on their own creativity and to wait for everyone to open up again. Its nothing on a sour note, unless its something that isn't being brought to my attention, but as far as i'm concerned, i'm closing that chapter of my life and working towards the future, we got great things ahead of us and everyone is very much digging the new Hippie sounds :P So again, so sorry about no green team still......but now, PMS...well that may be a different story.....

With That in mind here when March kicks off a good majority of the songs i have up here now for free download will be getting taken down. You still have time to download any songs you may want! They will still be available for the most part through my bandcamp but i good chunk of the songs on here aren't featured on ANY cd/mixtape and will be put in the vault and sealed away forever! So again, last chance! we got to clear some room people.....for some new songs??? i dunno, check back here on 3-17-13 for a brand new track and mixtape info

Wow, its been getting very intense lately. Been steady on the up after spending a few months comfortably at #20...look at me now all the way at #5. About to strike down my goal of 1,000 fans. 10 years man.....10 years ago i decided this seemed like the most logical hobby for me, and don't ever get me wrong i've never doubted the groups i have been in. PMS, The Green Team, and Ill Connect have all played a MAJOR part in my life and i have loved all the fans who have stuck with us since day one. As for me, Solo, never would of guessed i could even bring in 50 fans, let alot 1,000. I owe it all to you beautiful people, my friends. Hit up the local button and boom.....Top Local Artist....Aaron Sheppard....Whhhaaaa? Honestly its one of the most gnarly things to happen to me, something i've done by myself and the great fans who loved these groups i was/still am in. Hopefully that will be the fuel i need to spark some Hip Hop feel good music back into the community! So from the bottom of my heart to the top, THANK YOU! Everything from here on out are shattering goals! Now that one is in my grasps....2,000 is next!!!!

I sit back...inhale...exhale. Ok, 2012, its been a year man i can tell you that. All the way from delays to the releases we have kept it action packed where i have been hanging! Although 2012 didn't bring the return of The Green Team, it has brought a mixtape by yours truly and another by my friend Lowp and the Playaz Crew (which if you didn't get that step ya game up) 2012, its brought some love, some tears but you know in the end we wipe it away with a Cheers! I had Beef (if you call it that) with some small time kid with a big head....no literally his head is huge! Still standing....still smiling, nothing can stop it (now i feel like I'm sounding a little P Diddyish) 2012, Gained a huge amount of fans this i can never stress how awesome it is! So much love from the people on the smallest things even a demo song, it really does mean alot to a person who is just doing this for some fun! With that I'm going to sign out but best believe the door is open in 2013 to any types of possibilities. We never stop working, so keep your eyes looking around you never know where we may be! Be safe this New Year's everyone! Be the peace, Spread the love!

Myself i have started writing a little little, don't know what its going to turn into but hey i shall hope for the best right. i can't spell that good, but one thing has occured to me in the past few weeks. It's time to do something more with music, i never really understood why most around are "imaginary rappers" You're #1 in the club? awesome well i'm at a house party so are you #1 here too? Sayin you got all the bitches but i just ain't seeing it dude. Lets take some time a rejoyce in the fact that me and the rest of the Green Team members been keepin it real. Thanks for listenin to the music, not trying to make money here....just feel good songs :) 2012 is gonna be interesting!
