The Bears / Blog

We're back!

Tons of fun playing at Studio 7, and playing with other awesome bands helped make the Bears first performance in 8 months even better! Thanks to Cavalier and Steel Beans and everyone that came out to watch!

Rushmore Tax

It was really fun to play on the streets of marysville in front of rushmore tax! not sure how many people we actually played in front of since people were constantly passing us but people were actually stopping and listening and chowing on some delicious hot dogs and it was a fun time! ordinary sounded very cool as always ans we'll have one of their songs down soon hopefully. and even cooler, people were asking for our autographs and took pictures with us! but best of all...we were all dressed up in george washington jackets! super legit. looking forward to the 17th

House Party

even though 15 in attendance might be kind of generous, it was really really fun playing down in a basement just rocking with Ordinary and a couple others. very very fun. totally blew the roof off the place!

the LAB

last night at the LAB in seattle was so sweet!!! it was full of awesome bands (ordinary, social anxiety and sculpting galaxy - look them up!!) and awesome people! definitely way up there for my (justin's) favorite venue to play. Great show by all bands. Super excited for Wedneday at the Vera. Hope to see a ton of people there! peace

SHOW

totally gonna rock Studio 7 today!! thanks to people who are coming to support or even just to check us out! Hopefully it'll all go really good, gettin our name out there!!! Peace

SHOWS

shows

shows are getting closer. super excited. if anybody actually reads this, check out magnificent plaid. i dont think they have any songs up, but should come to watch them (and us of course) play at studio 7 on the 8th. it should be awesome. weve played with them before and its always a blast. and im curious how were number...57 i think? i think thats crazy. especially when we only have two songs up and like 20 fans, which are all awesome fans by the way. I really just write this because im bored. jacob might read it actually now that i think about it. anyway, peace for now

Shows

We have four performances coming up in the next couple months and were trying to think of a good setlist. If anybody wanted to come to any of the shows that would be amazing. The show at studio 7 is $8 advanced and you could buy those from us, $10 at the door. The show at the Vera is free. score. lovin Cynical Worms cover of idioteque and castles made of snow by J Minus. Should check them out
