London Gigs coming up!

Londoners! We have three shows coming up in the smoke very soon! We are at the Quecumbar (Battersea) on bank holiday monday 7th may, The Floridita (soho) onThursday 10th may and again at Passing Clouds (Dalston) on friday 11th may... anyone who makes all three will win a T-Shirt and guest list to see us at Pleasureville for the Olympics later in the year (sept 7th)!

Exciting new line up and a string of gigs coming up!

Yes music lovers, some of you will already know that christmas last year saw the departure of two familiar faces in The Zen Hussies, we had been expecting the departure of long serving trumpeter Jack The Hammer due to his emigration to France for some time, but were surprised and saddened to see drum ace Matt Topper Brown leave us rather suddenly to join another band who will remain nameless. However, every cloud has a silver tongued lining, and spring has seen us training up new members in the form of Jonny Bruce on trumpet, one of the countrys' hottest horn talents and all-around wild child, and the esteemed Mr Trevor Flambo Davies on drums, whose musical collaborations over the years read like a Burke's peerage of Jazz aristocracy. We are now departing on an exciting season of summer gigs, with several in London at the start of May, a booking for the Olympics and several festivals. We hope you, our loyal fans will be able to catch us somewhere soon to hear this new all improved line-up! We'll also be working up some new material for recording soon, and you may expect to hear some added wild talents from some of the West Country's darndest players to add to the mix... Tickety Boo for now and don't go changin'!
