Second T & M recommendation:

SORT: When you go through your inbox their are 3 categories to consider. *Resolve Immediately things that can be done quickly and timely.

Delegate - Anything that does not need your attention and trust that the job can get done by someone else.

Assign A Project/Deadline - All tasks or ideas which do not fall into one of the first 2 categories should be given a deadline.

Capture: You can't and don't have to remember everything going through your head. You need an "Inbox" where you can collect all of your task & ideas which can then be distributed into various situations which can then be worked on during the day.
